THE ESTATE

The bories sisters , aude & florence

Our Story

In between the ancient’s stones of the Paul Huc estate, two sisters, Aude & Florence, inseparable, from an early age they already were a great team. Travels, studies, life have never separated them. Two smiles that light up everyday life. Two temperaments that have shaped the place in their image: warm, family-oriented, discreet, demanding and elegant.

Two existences that have always crossed and intertwined. United in the face of contrary winds, radiant and lively in moments of joy. And which, beyond their differences, offer the same way of re-enchanting the world. They are now pooling their creativity and experience by creating the Domaine Paul Huc. In homage to their ancestors and their late father François Bories.

« In the family, we have been winemakers from father to son or from mother to daughter for several generations. Our parents, Jacqueline and François Bories, have given back its letters of nobility to Château Ollieux Romanis, flagship of the Corbières Boutenac vintage. Rich from this history, we want to help write it in the present. »

A FAMILY HOME

« Domaine Paul Huc is a privileged place to stay in the former wine cellar estate, built by our family in the 19th century. Paul and Alice Huc, our ancestors, were at the origin of this magnificent vineyard. It is in this unique setting that we invite you to share the know-how and savoir-vivre passed down by our elders. » Aude & Florence
